I bought some Zanfel at the local pharmacy (outrageously expensive… but effective) a few years ago when I got it all over my arms and legs. I also found another way to take my mind off the itching and scratching was to knit – non-stop for weeks on end. It kept my hands occupied and didn’t allow me to scratch. Good luck!
