Cooks Illustrated is my go to source for great recipes. They provide a free book for the Kindle too, which endeared me to them so spent all sorts of money for online and print subscriptions. But they are the best and their equipment and ingredient reviews can’t be beat.

I saw this book somewhere else…and my MIL,SIL and I are determined to make some of these for next year. We’re going to have a long distance KAL since they are in WI. I’ll have to come into the shop to examine your balls. Oh my. :o
