This little gadget is going to be wonderful when I make a knitted or otherwise crafty gift. The other most wonderful thing is this new book by Nicky Epstein (also listed in the links on the left side of the page). All sorts of fabulous knitted embellishments! It has pages and pages of leaves, trees, flowers, l cord, edgings countless combinations ….. I was reading it last night and had all sorts of ideas for embellishing the Bucket-o-Chic ….. the mind is awhirl!

if you want to brush up first on your mitten making skills, a pair of fire engine red ones would be lovely. i saw in a martha like site sewing three vertical bells on red mittens. it was so cute. i can supply the bells ;-)
