I gave this recipe from America's Test Kitchen a try and the turkey came out perfectly! 

Thanksgiving Day started out with a small drama —- my new roasting pan was just a smidge too big for my oven. Luckily Mr. B. came to the rescue and encouraged the door to stay shut!
