went to bed last night with the snow coming down and woke up to 18″ on the ground. The menagerie looked a bit dazed and confused when I opened the back door for them to go out this morning – they mulled around a bit as though they were wondering if they should organize themselves into some sort of protest group. Then their collective bladder won out and they made the best of the situation.
