That was THE most beautiful thing I have ever read. I am truly envious of the relationship she has with her sister. I sit here with tears in my eyes and a runny nose. Maybe someday that could be us but then….
Wow–this morning I didn’t have time to read this, but I came back at the end of a fun day, and read the whole thing. What a great writer, indeed. Maybe I need to put DS1 up for auction? Do you think some nice woman like that would show up and make him believe in himself?
This story just touched my heart so…there’s nothing like the love between sisters, except perhaps for the love between dear friends when your sister may be far away (huh, Carol? Thanks for reminding me catch up on my “Swine” or I would’ve missed this beautiful story). Ann…seems like the perfect time to say “Thank You, for The Purling Swine!” It really brings people together…from all walks of life.
