He is one of the Typepad’s vice presidents! Typepad is the service I use to publish this site. He is sorry to hear that I am not thrilled with the photo album set up.

Wow. That is pretty good. I have used Typepad’s support ticket thing a couple of times and have been satisfied with the service. I didn’t always get the answer I wanted or it seemed like the solution involved jumping through hoops, but I got a considerate answer along with an explanation.
