As Vicki has duly noted, FA in PA put me in my place.  She has indeed knit things other than the lowly dishcloth.  Dishcloths became FA’s passion, but her skills were not limited to those tiny squares.  Purlingswine likes to think she is an honest person, so this entry is my mea culpa!  I was on the phone with FA just yesterday and she asked me to search for a specific child’s hat pattern – being her favorite niece, I did so and sent the pattern this morning.  Imagine my delight when I received this Christmas card in my mailbox!  What a coincidence- these tykes are wearing the very same hat FA is seaking! I have a very cool friend, who always sends very cool cards and this was this year’s offering.
