darlings, I’m conducting an experiment. I have heard that my site takes too long to load. I am going to mess around with my sidebar to see if that is where the problem lies. I wonder if it has anything to do with the marquee script. So here is what I need from you:
- if you have a blog, don’t freak out that I took down my link list – there is a marquee script in there for the blog buttons and I want to see if that is one of the culprits.
- let me know if this makes a difference ….

This post loaded far faster for me. I use firefox, maybe the browser makes a difference?

It definately loaded faster for me.
It was faster. Even on my DSL (very fast DSL) at work it was slow. I never dared to read you at home on dial up…but it works great now!
I also use firefox, and you loaded up just fine… not instantaneous, but fine.
One of your buttons (Cold Turkey) has the same popup javascript that pics in posts do for typepad… maybe turn that off, too?
