Daughter #1’s name begins with a C. When I first started the blog, I was concerned about privacy issues and referred to the girls as 1 and 2. I suppose I shall just stick with it, but her name does begin with this week’s letter. She is in her second semester of college and loving every minute of it. And I am thrilled that she is thrilled. My college days were the best and I want the same for her. Well, maybe mostly the same, but with less beer!
She’s lovely. And I don’t think college students drink beer anymore. They drink Cosmopolitans now. ;-)
She looks just like you!
There’s drinking in college?
What a lovely picture — she looks very happy.
By the way, if you really don’t want to publicise her name, you might want to rename the picture file (which is visible when I roll my mouse over it or click on it).
Beeeeeeeeer.
So – are you coming to Boston or what?
Hey – you know what I forgot to tell you – I notice you have the Spearfish Contest button on your sidebar – I bet it doesn’t surprise you that I won that.
I was a little obsessed about it. Heh. STILL haven’t used the sock yarn I won.
What a gorgeous daughter you have. Clearly, good genes.
She’s a beautiful young woman and I know she will excel at anything she tries.
She’s beautiful!
Lovely C! Hmmm…what will it be for D?
To quote J. Austen: “It is a truth universally acknowledged that a second semester coed must be in want of a beer.”
What a lovely daughter–and I’m with Carole–she doesn’t strike me as a beer drinker. Bring on the cosmos!
O Cara with the naive questions! Although the kids these days don’t drink as much as we did (I need to believe that).
She’s a beauty. Very zen! xoxo Kay
