editor’s note: Cara thinks no one will click the link on the word spirit ….. please prove her wrong.
Before I show you the pictures from my spinning class, I would like to give a shout out to all the Knitting Olympians – what an inspiration you all are! And a special shout out to all those Boston girls. I’d like to think that if I had done the Olympics, I would have been on your team and am sorry I didn’t make it to your fabulous party. You know I was there in spirit don’t you?
And now onto my fabulous Tuesday …..
Peggy E. having way too much fun blending up some
roving and the fabulous results
L to R: Ricki’s very first handspun and Peggy’s handspun!
and yes that is an antique bobbin being used to weight them down – couldn’t ya die?!
we were joined by another fabulous spinner Louise
that’s her hiding behind her Ashford
last but not least, my day’s efforts ….
don’t know what it was, but it sure is purty.
Bah. I’m getting tempted to learn to spin.
Spinning looks like so much fun!
I entered “AngeliasKnitting” into the thing on your blog – interesting what it came up with. I’ll post it to my blog (tomorrow, maybe). :-)
Dude. No one’s going to click on the link. That said – you are FREAKING nuts. Just what I need in a phobia buddy.
By the way, can I just say how MUCH I love the little bigs all over the place (reading pig, surfing pig, etc.) Where’d you find them?
Oh Editor? EDITOR? Will you please fix my comment – I meant to say pigs. Not bigs.
And I still think no one will click the link. But only out of spite oh editor person. Who are you and what have you done with my PB?!?!?!?
Yeah for spinning classes. You can hire a spinner to come to your house pretty much any day of the week here in New England.
Love all the handspun.

Whose lap are you sitting on? ; ) Hahahaha.
Love the colors in your handspun! So fun.

I knew I kept bumping into someone down at the end of the room. I wish you had introduced yoruself. Sheesh.

Cara was right, so good thing you prodded. I love the way you insinuate yourself into her life;-)
Had a great time with you guys. Looking ahead to next week.

Looks like you were haunting to me…. REDRUM!!!
Oh I miss my wheels. My resolve to knit the Bramble beast is failing! That will be some seriously pretty yarn all knitted up!
