Let it be known my cousin is right and I was wrong! I falsely accused her of lying on her blog about her brine receipe! Long story. Needless to say all that matters to my dear cousin is that I admit defeat. She is the victor! I bow to her greatness! I am humbled. If you know me that doesn’t happen often. Cause I am usually right!!!LOL Anyway I enjoyed eating crow for Thanksgiving. The Purling Swine brine receipe made it nice an juicy!
