#2 son, the 17-yo techno expert, tells me that for $35 you can get a season pass for The Office from iTunes and download every episode as soon as it becomes available. We are going halvsies on it — our TV reception sucks, so it’s better to watch it via the iPod cabled to the TV.

When I was in an elementary school production of “The Tempest” as a dancing fairy, my greatest jealousy was that my best friend Shana got to be Trinculo, and say, “I have been in such a pickle.” I love pickles.
